We attend with the right people, the correct tools, replacing only what is necessary and offering an exchange program. We are conscious of the high cost of spare parts, and therefore only damaged and worn parts are replaced.
We attend with only 2 service engineers and carry out the overhaul with assistance from the crew. This reduces the attendance costs and the crew will obtain invaluable training experience by working with our team during the overhaul process.
We bring all necessary tools and machinery onboard for the entire overhaul. Our toolbox is complete with tools ranging from a simple spanner to specialist equipment. All our tools are selected specifically to optimise the overhaul process.
We have ultrasonic equipment for cleaning, Chris Marine tools for honing of the liners and grinding of the seats.
We carry out the repair and maintenance according to the engine manufacturer’s specifications and guidelines.
